We purchase lumber from many small local sawmills
providing employment for the local community. Because hardwood generally has a
crop rotation of 40 to 50 years, our product is sustainable and ecologically
sound. These fast growing species require only one-half the time to grow as do
merchantable conifers. Historically, land-clearing in the Fraser Valley has
provided much of the supply of hardwood logs.
We purchase and sell Red Alder, Pacific Coast
Maple and Western White Birch.
